Our Story
The Succession Partnership brings together a team of experienced occupational psychologists, executive assessors and coaches who share a common belief: organisations make better leadership decisions when they combine robust evidence with human understanding.
Our founders have worked at senior levels within leading consultancies and global organisations, supporting succession, assessment and leadership decisions across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, private equity-backed and international businesses. We have assessed thousands of leaders and advised Boards, CEOs and executive teams on some of their most important people decisions.
We deliberately keep our business boutique. It means our clients work directly with experienced practitioners who stay close to the detail, understand the context and care about ensuring the work has lasting impact.
