Anna O'Neill

Anna is a trusted adviser to CEOs and executive teams in complex international organisations. With over 20 years' experience spanning executive assessment, succession, leadership development, coaching and talent strategy, she helps organisations build the leadership capability needed to deliver long-term success.

  • Extensive experience assessing leaders at C-suite and ExCo-1/2 level, supporting succession, development and senior hiring decisions.
  • Deep experience advising major listed and international organisations on executive assessment, succession and leadership development.
  • Led complex executive assessment and succession programmes, supporting boards and executive teams to make critical leadership and talent decisions during periods of growth, transformation and change.
  • Senior in-house leadership roles including Head of Talent, Leadership, Performance, Assessment and Executive Search at Vodafone and Head of Talent at RSA, bringing both consulting and client-side experience of succession, leadership development and executive talent decisions.
  • Experience working across a range of sectors including financial services, energy, infrastructure, transport, technology and consumer goods.

Betsy Travis

Betsy is a business psychologist and executive coach who brings 20 years of experience in leadership and talent advisory. She is passionate about systemic and strategic work that drives impact at the individual, team and organisational level, and specialises in working with CEOs and top teams on leadership assessment, one-to-one and team coaching.

  • Extensive experience assessing leaders at C-suite and ExCo-1/2 level, supporting succession, development and senior hiring decisions.
  • Broad sector experience across FTSE 100/250 listed companies, private companies and PE-backed portfolio companies, driving value creation through leadership.
  • A Director at YSC Consulting until 2023, managing and working with global clients including Bupa, Tesco, Zurich, London Stock Exchange and a number of Private Equity firms, leading large-scale, international and high-stakes executive assessment and succession programmes.
  • In recent years has worked independently, supporting clients with leadership assessment for selection and development with a focus on leadership strategy, executive succession and coaching.
  • Earlier career experience included an in-house role at a global healthcare company, as an OD consultant and in consulting roles across employee engagement and talent management.

Lucy Sheikh

Lucy is an assessment expert, coach and team facilitator with extensive experience working with CEOs and C-suite leaders. She is known for her capacity to deliver insightful recommendations on potential and role fit in a human and engaging manner.

  • Executive assessment experience focused on hiring decisions and potential judgements, working with C-suite and ExCo-1/2 level leaders.
  • Deep background across FTSE 100 / FTSE 250, family businesses and global organisations, including Cisco, Diageo, Spirax, Merlin and Ibstock.
  • A Director at YSC Consulting managing large clients and client teams including HSBC, GSK, British Gas and Lloyds Banking Group.
  • In recent years has independently worked with a range of organisations, consulting on how to create talent strategies, operating as selection partner and assessing internal and external CEO candidates.
  • Earlier career roles include in-house experience at Barclays Bank heading up Emerging Talent, creating an MBA Recruitment programme and partnering the international CFO and COO as an HR Business Partner.

Lucy combines rigour with practical experience of executive leadership and takes great satisfaction from helping leaders fulfil their potential and deepen their own self-understanding.
