Anna O'Neill

Anna is a trusted adviser to CEOs and executive teams in complex international organisations. With over 20 years' experience spanning executive assessment, succession, leadership development and talent strategy, she brings both consulting and in-house leadership experience from senior roles at Vodafone and RSA. She combines deep psychological expertise with commercial judgement to deliver practical insight that translates directly into better leadership decisions.

Betsy Travis

Betsy is a business psychologist, executive coach and former Director at YSC Consulting, with 20 years' experience advising CEOs and top teams on leadership assessment, coaching and succession. She has worked across FTSE-listed, private and PE-backed businesses, helping leaders unlock clarity and accelerate effectiveness at the individual, team and organisational level.

Lucy Sheikh

Lucy is an assessment expert, coach and facilitator with deep experience working with CEOs, C-suite and ExCo-1/2 leaders on hiring, potential and succession decisions. A former Director at YSC Consulting and former in-house leader at Barclays, she brings rigour, practical executive experience and a human, engaging style that helps leaders grow in confidence and self-understanding.
